Melissa Rambin is a military relocation specialist. In addition to the support and training she receives working for the nation’s No. 1 Coldwell Banker office; she uses personal experience to help her relate to military clients.
“I am a wife of a soldier stationed at Fort Bragg, like so many of the residents that make up this community,” she said. “I know firsthand the stress of moving to a new place and searching for a perfect home in an area that I am not familiar with.”
Rambin spent more than 10 years as a medical biller before turning to real estate in 2015. Prior to her children entering school, she worked from home as her husband served many deployments.
Her decision to enter the real estate business was a reflection of her love for serving others. The best part of her job is working with clients and solving the complex decisions that go along with the home buying or selling process.
“Helping people find their first home or their forever home seemed like a great career for me,” she said. “I love the relationships I make with people in our community, and I love searching for the perfect house for someone and the excitement when they fall in love with it.”
She has lived in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg community for the better part of the past decade, and she understands the area and all it has to offer. She is committed to helping clients – both military and civilian – find their dream home and have a stress-free relocation.
In her free time, Rambin is a long-distance runner. She loves running marathons, cooking and spending time with her husband and three children.

Melissa was pivotal in getting my new home. She handled everything with a sense of urgency and truly cares about her clients. we ran into a dew hiccups when it came to the lender and she handled the situation and made my closing happen.
